GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website is operated by P.J. Carroll & Company Limited (“CARROLLS”, “P.J. Carroll”).Please read these terms and conditions ("TERMS") carefully. These TERMS may have changed since your last visit to this website.
By accessing this website, and / or any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by these TERMS. If you do not agree to be bound by these TERMS you should not access or view this website.
It is CARROLLS’ company policy that we do not market or promote our products on this website and it is merely a way of providing factual information about our Company, our products and the tobacco industry in Ireland to individuals 18 years or older. These TERMS and the content of this website shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with and are governed by Irish law and the Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising there from.
